It made me feel like I was in a cozy home away from home. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. , I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior people like myself. The staff was always available to assist with any mobility needs and there were ramps and handrails in place to ensure ease of movement.

I would have appreciated a more senior-friendly activity or program organized by the children working there. While the villa provided a wonderful environment for relaxation, it lacked specific activities catered towards us seniors.

Value for money was amazing, the villa was much better than expected and comfortably slept our large group. The views of the mountains were beautiful and the communication with the staff was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the cooking and cleaning facilities were excellent.

Breakfast items could have been better, as there was no option for a welcome pack or to purchase tea, coffee, or snacks.

I always return to this amazing place. The staff once helped me return lost documents. It has Wi-Fi, parking, kitchenware, AC, shuttle, flat-screen TV. Convenient for my holiday needs.

I couldn’t recommend this villa or the company anymore. They allowed us to check in early because our flight landed at 3am. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious, with great views over the mountains. Gulay checked us in and was super helpful, even to our check out when our transfer didn’t turn up. The location is just enough out of the way of the busy town but easily accessible. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounges. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The cooking and cleaning facilities were on point.
